Reservation Fee, Cancellation & Online Purchase Policy

A $30 reservation fee is required to reserve your appointment time. This fee is not an additional charge if you attend your appointment; it will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment, arrive too late to receive your service, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $30 reservation fee will be forfeited. A new $30 reservation fee will be required to schedule another appointment.

All appointment-related charges are the client’s responsibility and will be billed directly. To help us serve all clients fairly, please arrive on time and keep your scheduled appointment.

All purchases made online are non-refundable. Eligible cancellations may receive store credit only, at the discretion of the business.

Location Options

Shared Sanctuary: Anthony provides services in our open-area setting. If you choose Anthony’s Shared Sanctuary session, please wear loose clothing and shorts for optimal comfort.

Gift Certificate Terms & Maintenance Fee

Gift certificates are redeemable for services at their purchased value.
Maintenance Fee: No fee applies for the first 12 months after purchase. After 12 consecutive months of no activity, a $9.99 monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the remaining balance, as permitted by law. One fee maximum per month; fees stop when the balance reaches $0.
Redemption: Any use constitutes activity. After first redemption, the remaining balance becomes an account credit intended to remain available without expiration.
No Cash Value: Unless required by law, gift certificates and credits are not redeemable for cash.
Pricing: Certificates represent monetary value, not a guaranteed service price. Customers pay any difference if the service exceeds the available balance.
Applicable Law: These terms are subject to applicable federal and North Carolina laws. Where law provides greater consumer protections, those requirements apply.
