My name is Mitch, and I'm glad your intentions brought you here.

Over the past 10 years, I've built my practice around one simple but powerful idea: "Intent to Prevent." Most people seek massage after the pain has already set in — I'm here to help you get ahead of it. At Intentional Prevention Massage & Wellness, massage isn't a luxury or a last resort. It's an intentional investment in your long-term health.

Every session is fully customized to what your body needs that day — whether that's deep therapeutic work on overworked muscles, gentle relief from stress and anxiety, or a focused treatment plan built around your wellness goals. New clients receive a comprehensive wellness evaluation alongside their first session so we can build something that actually works for you.

I look forward to working with you.

Intentional Prevention Massage & Wellness is located inside Arbor Vitae Yoga & Wellness — 7235 Central St., Room 3, Kansas City, MO.
