Kimberly opened CAYA Therapeutic Massage in 2022 with the goal of creating a restorative space for anyone who simply needs a moment to pause and breathe. CAYA stands for “Come As You Are,” and that philosophy guides every session. Whether clients arrive feeling tight, stressed, or in pain, her focus is on identifying and releasing the areas of the body that feel stuck—helping them move with greater ease and less discomfort.

Her hope is that each client leaves not only with physical relief, but also with a renewed sense of calm—ready to step back into the world feeling restored and at their best.

Kimberly has been a licensed massage therapist since 1998, specializing in migraine relief, soft-tissue injuries, shoulder dysfunction, low back pain, teen sports massage, prenatal care, and fertility support. Her background as a medical assistant and experience in a chiropractic office provide a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, allowing her to effectively address muscle restrictions, trigger points, and postural imbalances to relieve chronic pain.

Kimberly is especially passionate about helping clients with neck and shoulder dysfunction and migraines, as well as supporting women through fertility challenges, including PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids. Through targeted techniques that improve circulation and reduce scar tissue and tension, she helps clients decrease pain and restore comfort naturally.
