I’ve been a professional licensed massage therapist in the state of Connecticut since 2015. I got my degree at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. From there, I went straight into the workforce at a top rated spa in CT known as The Spa at Norwich Inn. After 5 wonderful years there, I realized my dream was to branch out and start my own practice.

I want to show people that massage therapy is not just a luxury. It is a vital component of self care. Treat your body to some therapeutic love !

Touch is a basic human instinct that has the power to comfort on many levels. With the stress and pressures of modern-day living, therapeutic touch is so important. We can learn to take better care of ourselves by allowing this healing power. We live in a world where we tend to push self care to the side and I want to change that.
