Welcome to Blue Feather Wellness, a welcoming space in Guilford, Connecticut, for Reiki, massage, and meaningful connection. Founded by sisters Dana Brewer and Kristen Perrelli, Blue Feather offers personalized care that helps you slow down, release tension, and feel more like yourself.

Our approach draws on Dana’s more than 20 years of experience in Integrative Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital and the skills each practitioner brings to our team. We take time to listen and tailor every session to your needs.

Reiki is at the heart of Blue Feather. We offer individual sessions, 30-minute Reiki Resets, and Reiki training from Level I through Master. Whether you’re experiencing Reiki for the first time or learning to practice, you’ll find thoughtful guidance in a comfortable, supportive setting.

Our massage services include therapeutic, prenatal, and oncology massage. Each session is adapted to your comfort and preferences, with techniques that may include Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Our Blue Feather Signature Massage combines massage, Reiki, and optional aromatherapy for time to rest and recharge.

Through Feathers Up™, our women’s circles, workshops, and retreats make room for creativity, reflection, and connection. These gatherings offer a chance to step away from everyday demands and spend time with yourself and others.

You don’t need to arrive feeling balanced or know exactly what you need. Come as you are.

Take a breath. We’ll take it from here.
