Doreen L Barefoot offers massage, bodywork, botanical body care, hydrotherapy, and aromatherapy. My work assists the release of the underlying tensions affecting movement and function. As your nervous system relaxes, layers of tissue unwind so deep healing and relaxation occur throughout the body/mind. I am committed to helping people through life's challenges and emphasize a calm and relaxing healing space for my clients.

I integrate Swedish and Lomi Massage, flowing techniques designed to move blood and lymph and relieve aching muscles while increasing relaxation and general well-being with Connective Tissue Therapy which focuses on lengthening the fascial component of chronically shortened muscles allowing the muscles to return to a relaxed state. I add Craniosacral techniques and work with the body as it self-regulates and self-heals. As an Aromatherapist, I use blended essential oils and hydrosols for healing.
