Nicole is a certified Massage Therapist and Reflexologist who is dedicated to wellness. She believes in the healing power of touch as a way to help others reach their fullest health. Everyone has the power within them to heal; the therapist is merely helping to stimulate and guide the body in its journey to optimal health. She has a gentle, intuitive touch and works well with a variety of clients.

Nicole is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and has a passion for eating well, practicing self care and having fun. Nicole was certified in Reflexology, Massage Therapy and Bowen Therapy through Health Studies, Inc. in Cape Town, South Africa. She recently finished the Massage Therapy program at the North Eastern Insitute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH and Reflexology Certification program from Footprints Reflexology in Westerly, RI.
