I pair an outcome-based, personalized approach with my thorough understanding of the human body to treat the underlying cause of your pain alongside the symptoms. During a session, we work together to do what’s best for your unique body.

I am a Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist certified in hot stone and specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, and sports/joint mobilization to rehabilitate muscles. My training also consists of:
