With 25 years of experience as a registered nurse and 17 years as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I have dedicated my career to supporting new families during one of the most transformative times in their lives. My work focuses on guiding and caring for parents and their newborns in the crucial first days and weeks after birth, offering expert support in infant feeding, maternal health, and early bonding. I am passionate about empowering families with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate the early stages of parenthood with compassion and reassurance.

Over the years, I’ve explored a wide range of massage and bodywork modalities, taking the time to discover which techniques resonate most deeply—not only with me, but more importantly, with my clients. I enjoy blending multiple approaches in each session to create a customized experience that addresses the unique needs of the individual. My focus is on reducing inflammation, pain, stiffness, and anxiety, while supporting increased range of motion, mobility, and the movement of stagnant fluids. Each session is a thoughtful combination of techniques designed to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being.
