Hi, I’m Brenda — a bodyworker, yoga teacher, space holder, nervous system nerd, and forever student of the healing arts.

I help people reconnect with their bodies and find lasting relief through intuitive, evidence-informed bodywork and mindful movement. My sessions blend therapeutic massage, Thai yoga, breathwork, somatic awareness, nervous system support, and yoga practices to create a grounded, safe space for healing.

I graduated from Cortiva Institute in Seattle, where my journey into massage therapy began. Since then, I’ve continued following what feels aligned, deepening my training in techniques and philosophies that nourish both body and spirit. Yoga became a natural extension of this path, offering another way to support people in coming home to themselves through movement, breath, presence, and awareness.

This work is my passion. I love learning about the body, the nervous system, and the deeper layers of healing that happen when we slow down enough to listen. Often, inspiration comes in session where intuition and skill meet in real time.

You might meet my dog in the studio (she takes her emotional support role very seriously), and if you catch the right time of day, we get some truly stunning sunsets through the window.

I’m also dreaming up a future sanctuary for people, animals, and all beings who need a soft place to land.
