Hi, I’m Brenda. A bodyworker, space holder, nervous system nerd, and forever student of the healing arts.

I help people reconnect with their bodies and find lasting relief through intuitive, evidence-informed bodywork. My sessions blend therapeutic massage, Thai yoga, breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous system support to create a grounded, safe space for healing.

I graduated from Cortiva Institute in Seattle, where my journey into massage therapy began. Since then, I’ve continued following what feels right, deepening my training in techniques that nourish both body and spirit.

My work includes:

Deep Lomi – flowing, intentional massage to reach deep tension without force
Thai Yoga Massage – assisted stretching, breath, and compression to restore movement and flow
Certified Prenatal & Breast Massage – gentle, supportive care through life’s transitions
Medical Massage – focused work to address chronic pain and injury recovery
Reiki & Energy Work – subtle yet powerful tools for nervous system regulation and emotional unwinding

This work is my passion. I love learning about the body and exploring new ways to support healing. Often, inspiration comes to me in session, where intuition and skill meet in real time.

You might meet my two dogs in the studio (they take their emotional support roles very seriously), and if you catch the right time of day, we get some truly stunning sunsets through the windows. Private yoga sessions are coming soon, and I'm also dreaming up a future sanctuary, for people, animals, and all beings who need a soft place to land.
