Fire and Ice Wellness Spa was started with the vision to help people heal their bodies through the power of touch.

Hi, I’m Kristina, a Licensed Massage Therapist with 14 years of hands-on experience helping people manage and relieve chronic pain. After living with pain myself for 15 years, I discovered powerful techniques that changed my life—and I’ve made it my mission to share them with others through therapeutic bodywork.

Since graduating from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2012, I’ve specialized in customized pain management massage therapy, working with a wide range of clients, including athletes, pre- and post-surgical patients, military personnel, and those simply seeking relief from everyday tension and stress. I’ve also expanded my expertise by incorporating advanced techniques like electrical stimulation, helping to more effectively target and treat the root causes of your pain.

Every session is tailored to your individual needs. My approach involves working deeply through the muscle layers to identify and treat the root causes of pain. I use a combination of advanced therapeutic techniques such as:

Cupping Therapy

Injury Rehabilitation Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Trigger Point Therapy

Sports Massage

Structural Bodywork

Hot Stone & Cold Stone Therapy

I also offer prenatal massage therapy, a safe and soothing option for expecting mothers after 14 weeks of pregnancy. These sessions promote relaxation and support the body through the changes of pregnancy—nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply need to unwind, I’m here to help you feel your best through therapeutic massage.
