Sierrah is the founder of Flowbility, a space created from her own journey of healing and reconnection. A former professional athlete, she has spent years studying movement, recovery, and the language of the body through both science and lived experience. After multiple injuries and a cervical spine fracture early in her career, Sierrah learned first-hand how strength and softness must work together for true healing to occur.

Her work is an expression of that balance. Each session blends deep structural bodywork with intuitive and energetic awareness, supporting clients in rebuilding trust with their bodies. She specializes in barefoot deep massage, sports therapy, and integrative techniques that restore mobility, alignment, and presence.

Flowbility reflects Sierrah’s belief that healing is not a quick fix, but a process of listening, realigning, and returning to the self.
