HI! I'm Sarah. My goal is to treat all people because all BODIES deserve self care. I finished my LMT education at Massage Therapy Institute in Decatur, AL in the fall of 2022. I am currently a traveling LMT around my community and also working out of my home. Being able to come into your location lets you get the treatment you need in the comfort and ease of your own space.

Constant pain and stress from day to day life or aliments can wreak havoc on ones body. More often than not, you just get used to it being there and you shouldn't have to. Massage is more than just a "luxury", it is in fact self care. Self care is extremely important to your mind, body and soul.

Whether you just need to destress from your work week or suffer from chronic issues, I'd like to be able to help you. I like to provide a comfortable, safe space for everyone no matter their gender, race, age, aliment, and size, because like I said every BODY deserves self care!
