My name is Den, and I am a licensed massage therapist trained in multiple bodywork modalities and somatic therapies. I am an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). My professional training includes over 1,000 hours of intensive study at the Virginia School of Massage, where I specialized in more than 10 therapeutic modalities, including Swedish massage, reflexology, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, shiatsu, acupressure, sports massage, hot stone massage, cupping, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, Mayan Abdominal massage, somato-emotional release, and craniosacral therapy.

Although I initially came to this profession to support my husband's chiropractic practice, massage found me as a calling, and it was like rediscovering a dormant part of my purpose. With over 15 years of prior experience in the medical field and customer service, I now dedicate my life to supporting others on their healing journey, from the physical body to the subtle energy of the soul. My practice is distinguished by a conscious integration of Indigenous wisdom, ancestral Native American practices, and modern techniques, creating deeply personalized sessions that respect both the science of the body and the spirituality of the human experience.

My approach is intuitive, holistic, and somatic: I listen to the body beyond words, guided by its signals to release tension, unlock held memories, and restore balance. I support individuals living with chronic pain, unresolved trauma, accumulated stress, or who simply feel the call to reconnect with themselves from a safe, compassionate, and authentic place. I firmly believe that healing does not have to hurt. I reject the idea that therapeutic massage must be aggressive or forced to be effective. I prefer to work slowly, deeply, and consciously, allowing the body to open from a place of trust, not resistance.
