My technique is different from most other therapists. I specialize in detailed work in the trouble areas and very rarely do a full body massage in one session. I like to educate clients and get to the root of the pain. Stretching is a big part of my therapy techniques, as we all do not stretch enough. I lovingly call my approach "rehabilitation massage," as I help rehabilitate the muscles and get them back to where they are supposed to be.
