I've been working as a Massage Therapist for ten years. My clients inspire me to keep learning about how everything we do and think affects our bodies. I firmly believe that kind, intentional human touch is a form of medicine. Helping my clients relax and feel comfortable is important to me. During our time together I will meet you where you are, hold space for you, and be a healing presence.

I strive to strike a balance between pain relief and relaxation during massage treatments, and often integrate stretching and breath work. Trigger point, myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha, hot stones, and cupping are some of the modalities and tools I use to help my clients.

I also offer energy work treatments. Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing using gentle touch. Clients are clothed and lie on the massage table. Reiki sessions aid in stress and anxiety reduction, and promote deep relaxation. Receiving a treatment can support you in being energetically balanced. Clients often report feeling as if they were in a meditative state.

Massage and Reiki can be combined into one treatment if you are interested in experiencing them both.
