I offer massage therapy to people in high stress situations. Besides being a massage therapist I am also a doula and have been a single mother of 4 boys who all were born with midwives.

As a person who has dealt with a lot of generational trauma, a lot of challenging situations I feel inspired to support people who are dealing with difficult emotions and times in their life.

Whether you have stress due to a demanding job, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, or experiencing loss or trauma, you are feeling the effects of that in your entire body. You may have frequent headaches, insomnia, an overactive mind, and knots and stiffness in various places in your body, My goal is to provide a calming, nonjudgmental, healing space for you to relax both mind and body.

As a person of compassion and great flexibility it makes me happy to also offer services to people who are in unique situations, homebound with limited mobility and possibly cannot get on a massage table but would greatly benefit from massage to help with circulation, range of motion and for the mood enhancing effects.
