I use Ortho-Bionomy® , Touch for Health®, Kinesiology and CranioSacral Therapy in my treatment sessions as gentle and effective method to work with chronic and acute pain, stress, injuries and postural imbalances. Non-forceful movements and positions of comfort guide you to return to a more balanced body, reducing pain and allowing more function and movement.

Carl August Georgii, Professor at the Royal Gymnastic Central Institute GCI in Stockholm, was the one who created and coined the word Kinesiology in 1854. Kinesiology addresses physiological, biomechanical, and psychological dynamic principles and mechanisms of movement.

Touch For Health® (TFH) uses manual muscle bio-feedback to determine which stimuli stress the body and how that stress can be decreased. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) - a non-invasive, hands-on therapy using a light touch (under 5 grams) to "release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the function of the central nervous system. CST aims to enhance the body's own healing capabilities. Myofascial Release - uses specific techniques to stretch and repair the connective issue between your muscles (fascia), assisting your body to restore range of motion, improve posture, balance and heal properly from injuries.
