More tranquility and postural symmetry equal more energy for your work, your family, your life..
Everything is connected, all the layers of the body function as a whole therefore must be treated as a whole. When you are over stressed or physically strained your body's response is pain, illness and suffering. Massage and bodywork relieves these symptoms.

My purpose is to alleviate the impact of injury and stress through the cummulative effects of massage & bodywork and the promotion of healthier living.
Each session begins with discussing your concerns and tailoring the massage to fit your specific needs.

Through years of experience and 150+ hours of continuing education in advanced massage and bodywork techniques, I have found that a blending of techniques promotes the best healing response.

I look forward to working with you soon!
