I am a certified holistic nurse, massage therapist and energy medicine practitioner.

Ideas, thoughts, and past events that no longer serve in a healthy manner may result in physical pain and dis-ease. Slow, purposeful massage techniques with healing intentions, assist in letting go of our discomfort.

When we are able to let go of that which no longer serves, space opens up for healing and peace within.

Healing Touch is a non-invasive therapy that uses gentle touch to clear, balance, energize and support our human energy system. This allows for whole healing of the mind, body and spirit. Healing Touch may be an inidivual treatment or with massage for an added benefit.

Combined with massage, Integrative Reflexology is a gentle form of reflexololgy, for the feet, hands and ears. There are several benefits to IR such as providing relief from headache, sinus congestion, digestive concerns, and reducing muscular tension in the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, sciatic area and spine.
