Our favorite technique to use is the FAST Technique, which stands for FAscial Strain Therapy. It is designed to treat the epimysial layer of fascia, which has been scientifically proven to hold most of our pain, and the intramuscular fascia which sometimes "glues" us together keeping us from using proper range of motion. This technique gets results fast and shortens your therapy time, getting you back to your best self. Our goal is to reset the whole body back to a neutral balance in just a few appointments, regardless of how many old injuries or conditions you may have (depending on the severity).
