At Knead Massage, I focus on helping you reconnect with your body in a way that’s meaningful and healing. I believe that stress is not just something we feel in our minds—it’s stored in our bodies, too. That’s why my goal is to not only help you relax but to also give you the tools and understanding to notice the changes in your body, day by day.

I specialize in a range of techniques, including Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, Cupping Therapy, and IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). My aim is to meet you where you are, whether you're dealing with pain, tension, or just need some downtime. I also love to educate my clients so that you leave with a better understanding of your body and how to take care of it, both during our sessions and in your everyday life.

I’m not just here for a quiet, relaxing session (though you’ll get that too!); I want to help you feel empowered and connected to your body. I can’t wait to work with you and be part of your wellness journey.
