Hi, I’m Josh — a licensed massage therapist and certified neuromuscular therapist with five years of hands-on experience. I’m also nearing the completion of my Somatic Experiencing® training, which adds a nervous-system-informed layer to how I work with pain, tension, and stress.

My focus is on pain reduction, nervous system regulation, and improved functional comfort. I blend neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, and somatic techniques that help the body shift out of protective patterns and into greater ease. For clients who just want to relax, I also offer Swedish and Deep Tissue massage for stress relief and general wellness.

I bring lived experience with chronic pain, which gives me an empathetic, client-centered approach focused on realistic outcomes like reduced pain, more ease, and calmer body responses.

What to Expect in Session:

Sessions begin with a brief check-in to understand your goals and how your body is feeling that day. Pressure and techniques are always adjusted based on your feedback — nothing is rushed or forced, and you’re welcome to talk, stay quiet, or ask questions at any time. Many clients notice they leave feeling calmer, with less tension, and a bit more comfort in everyday movement.
