Hi my name is Kayla I was born and raised in the pacific northwest and am the founder and owner of rosebud wellness. I started rosebud wellness with the purpose to create a safe space for people to heal. My intention is to create community and provoke presence with the goal to cultivate connection and raise global consciousness. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 7 years and have accumulated various certifications in bodywork, meditation and energy healing these include deep tissue, Swedish, pregnancy, cupping, Thai and lymphatic drainage massage as well as reiki level 2 and various breathwork modalities. I have also lead several guided meditation events which have lead me to being featured in the local herald.

Growing up I struggled with ptsd, depression and anxiety. This impacted my life negatively for several years until I stumbled into the practice of meditation in 2011. Through breath work, new found self awareness and mindfulness I was able to utilize these tools to heal internal patterns that held me back as well as past trauma. I grew so enticed by this work that I have dedicated my life to continued education and sharing it with the world. I believe that when we heal ourselves we heal others.

rosebud wellness approaches healing by accessing nervous system regulation and prioritizing the five senses for a fully embodied experience. it is my goal in every session to help my clients walk away feeling connected to their body and to provide tools that help them to maintain that sense of wholeness long after their experience.
