Hello for those of you who don't know me yet, my name is Peter Joyal, a licensed Massage Therapist, Ergonomist and Yoga/Meditation instructor. I have been providing these services on-site within companies for 25 years. I use a variety of massage technique to ease your pain from injury or your stress from everyday living. Tips to improve your posture And of course....Meditations to keep you focused and clear!

The massages are given using a table and there is no need to change your work clothes. You're welcome to change into something more comfortable if you'd prefer just allow time so I can stay on schedule for the next person.

You'll see there was a bit of fun naming the services, the names may suggest otherwise, but I don't use pressure that will cause you pain. The idea is to alleviate it and "no pain...no gain" doesn't apply to massage.
