About Lauren

Aloha! I'm Lauren, a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients feel their best through personalized, therapeutic bodywork.

I graduated from the Port Townsend School of Massage in 2019 and began my career at a spa on Whidbey Island, where I refined my Swedish and relaxation massage techniques. My journey then took me to the beautiful islands of Hawaii, where I continued expanding my knowledge, developing my skills, and deepening my understanding of the body's natural healing abilities. For the past seven years, I have helped clients reduce pain, restore balance, and improve their overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I have pursued extensive continuing education, allowing me to combine clinical knowledge with a highly intuitive approach to care. I believe that every client—and every day—is different. That's why I meet each person exactly where they are when they walk through my door.

Some days, massage is about slowing down, releasing stress, and finding a moment of peace. Other times, it's about addressing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or improving mobility so you can comfortably return to the activities you love—whether that's walking your dog, running, gardening, working, driving, or simply moving through daily life with ease. Together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals and your body's unique needs.

My mission as a therapist is to help bring the body back to a state of balance, or homeostasis—where healing, restoration, and optimal function can occur. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, cared for, and empowered in their health and healing.
