Being of service is a privilege. When I found massage therapy in 2019, I left a very lucrative career of 15 years to find more meaning and inner healing.

All treatments have an option for far-infrared jade heating pad to assist in comfort, circulation, and negative ion assistance to the body. I provide Swedish/ light to firm pressure, deep tissue, red light therapy, trigger point work and sports massage/stretching for maintenance and recovery for athletes or those recovering from injuries.

As an add on, Red light therapy is a great tool for cellular repair, arthritic pain, inflammation, better circulation, scar tissue, skin health, and post/pre op areas for treatment paired with castor oil for deeper cellular penetration and repair.

Other add ones include deep tissue, hot stones, cupping, cranial sacral, and trigger point therapies with different price points.

Breath-work is key to our wellness and especially in our lives. I make sure to assist those who want to work on themselves at home with breathing and stretching exercises that are very simple. I see this to have a higher impact for my clients without the need to commit to a program at a gym. Some of these exercises are 3-5 mins a day and don’t require expensive products but household items you already have.
