Michelle is an OSTM graduate of 2013 and began her private practice in 2014, focusing on relaxation and chair massage. Her passion to address and treat the individual needs of each person shows with the combination of her knowledge, skill, and genuine care for those she treats.

With a primary focus to stimulate tissues, and circulate blood flow to bring the body back to its natural balance of homeostasis, Michelle will ensure you’re comfortable and leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

Massage therapy is relaxation. It is not about concentration- it is about de-concentration. Self care is important during these uncertain times. Massage therapy helps your mindset, as well as your physical body- it creates a shift in your thinking which leads to a positive behavior change. Try it!

Michelle is full of joy and is here for you. She is willing to do the work to create change. Are you?!
