Oreesa is passionate about be a massage therapist because she wants to help others. A former journalist, she moved to San Diego in 2012 to learn English and to gain new experiences. She also knew that she wanted to gain more knowledge about the human body and went back to school to earn her Massage Therapist Certification from The Healing Hands School, and then passed the Massage & Bodywork licensing Examination (MBLEX). Oreesa is also a Yoga Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer with a Certificate of Performance from Miramar College and certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise). Oreesa values intention and will do whatever it takes to reach her goals. She always want to motivate, encourage, and help people to reach their goals, living a healthy and happy life.

Her life styles

Oreesa loves obstacle course races (OCR), such as the Spartan Race series. In 2019 she completed five Spartan Races, from the shortest (5K) to the longest (marathon). She completed her first official half marathon, Rock & Roll San Diego in 2019. She always puts herself into uncomfortable situations and pushes herself to her limit to bring out her best. She also likes to practice yoga and meditation. She loves smiling and laughter!
