My journey into massage therapy and bodywork began with a simple desire: to help people feel better. Over the years, that interest evolved into a deep passion for healing and a dedication to serving others through therapeutic massage and bodywork.

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 24 years and have had the honor of working with a wide range of clients and also teaching massage therapy to future practitioners. Through time and practice I have deepened my understanding of the body and the many ways touch therapy can support healing, growth, and transformation.

What I love most about massage therapy is, that it allows the mind and body the space to create genuine change. In a world filled with constant noise and demands, massage therapy gives each person the ability to slow down and connect with themselves.
