My journey into massage therapy and bodywork began with a simple desire: to help people feel better. Over the years, that interest evolved into a deep passion for healing and a dedication to helping others through therapeutic massage and bodywork.

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years and have had the honor of not only working with a wide range of clients, but also teaching massage therapy to future practitioners. This experience has deepened my understanding of the body and the many ways touch can support healing, growth, and transformation.

What I love most about massage therapy is its ability to create real change—not just in the body, but in the mind and spirit as well. Whether someone walks in carrying stress, pain, or emotional fatigue, it’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of their journey toward relief, renewal, and balance. Every session is a chance to create a safe space for people to reconnect with themselves.

My approach is intuitive yet grounded in science and technique. I specialize in personal injury work. I draw from a wide range of modalities, including deep tissue massage, zen touch, sports massage, PNF, cupping, trigger point, prenatal massage, parasympathetic/ swedish massage and many forms of energy work.

I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals—whether you’re working through chronic pain, recovering from injury, relieving stress, or simply in need of grounding and restoration.
