Thoughtful, therapeutic massage in Westfield and Chautauqua.

Two Lakes Massage Therapy offers individualized, evidence-informed bodywork to help ease pain, support injury recovery, and make everyday movement more comfortable. My approach considers the body as a connected, dynamic system—from muscles and joints to circulation, movement, and the nervous system.

With over seven years in practice, I draw on a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and neurology to guide each session. I trained at the Oregon School of Massage, with additional coursework at the New York Institute of Massage.

My work incorporates Swedish massage, shiatsu, myofascial techniques, craniosacral therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you’re managing persistent discomfort, recovering from an injury, or seeking relief from everyday tension.

I use a range of pressures, including focused deep-tissue work, but believe effective massage doesn’t need to be painful. Together, we’ll find an approach that addresses areas of tension and restriction while giving you space to relax. The goal is to help you feel more comfortable in your body and support the activities that matter to you.

Based in Westfield, with mobile massage available throughout the greater Chautauqua area.

The Westfield office is on the second floor, with no elevator access. If you have accessibility needs, please contact me directly to discuss options.
