Mindful Massage & Wellness is a sanctuary for healing, restoration, and returning to your center.

Our space weaves together the therapeutic bodywork, energy medicine, intuitive arts, integrative spiritual support. From myofascial release, cupping, and mindful touch to Reiki, or clearing, intuitive readings, and emotional/energetic release work – every session is designed to honor the nervous system, soften the body, and bring you home to yourself. This is a place to unravel, rejuvenate, realign, and remember your wholeness.

Amanda Bartolomeu - Founder, Mentor, CMT, Reiki Master/Teacher

Amanda is the heart behind Mindful Massage & Wellness. A Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and trained myofascial release practitioner, she blends intuitive touch, nervous-system-honoring bodywork, and multi-dimensional energy medicine. Her sessions support deep release, emotional clearing, alignment of chakras/auric field, and the restoration of body and spirit. Rejuvenate with Jane - CMT

Jane offers therapeutic, heart-centered massage focused on relaxation, muscle ease, and full-body rejuvenation. Her approach blends intuitive touch with a calming presence, creating sessions that support softening, grounding, and releasing built-up tension. Elizabeth - Rei’s of Love - QHHT Facilitator, Holy Fire Reiki Master, Mentor

Elizabeth brings a deeply nurturing and transformational presence to her reiki and energy-healing sessions. Trained in Karuna Holy Fire Reiki and intuitive energetic practices, she supports emotional release, auric field restoration, and spiritual clarity. Andrea - Armor & Aura - Trauma-Informed Reiki Master

Andrea’s sessions are deeply transformative, working within the energetic body to access and release stored trauma, shadow material, and emotional imprints. Her trauma-informed approach creates a safe container for profound energetic clearing, nervous-system unwinding, and reclamation of the self. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show, the appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the session fee will be charged.
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you’ll receive a $10 credit toward a future session.
I offer a one-time grace for last-minute cancellations, because life happens. After that, my standard policy applies.
