My relaxing massage might cause you to fall asleep there on the table and allow you to walk back into the world feeling less anxious and ready to handle whatever life throws your way.

If your muscles are sore and tight, therapeutic massage can ease the pain. If really digging in deep is what you prefer, I can do that. I do believe that a lot of good muscle work can be done without pain by engaging the nervous system and I love to share that technique with my clients.

I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your preferences and goals.
