As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and heal my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

I have been practicing massage therapy since May of 2015 and decided it was time to expand my practice.

I provide a variety of massage styles including relaxation, deep tissue work, hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic, sport specific massage and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization)

I will continue to expand my knowledge to include more techniques and modalities to be able to better serve my diverse clientele. I look forward to working with you.
