Xhale Bodywork & MVMT aims to relieve stress from the body and mind, whether you are experiencing pain, needing muscle recovery from a strenuous workout or simply seeking to relax from a stressful time, I'm here to put your mind and muscles at ease.

Customized specialties include: Deep tissue (release chronic tension), Swedish massage (relaxation, stress reliever), Graston Technique, Infrared Light Therapy, Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD oil, and Stretching. Your therapy will be customized from a holistic approach to achieve whatever your goal(s) may be.

24-hour notice: Provide a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. NO REFUNDS will be provided, but the amount can go towards your next scheduled appointment. If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount also must be paid prior to scheduling an appointment in the future.

No-Show: Clients who fail to show up to their appointment will be considered a "No-Show" and will be charged for the missed appointment.

Arriving late: Arriving late to the scheduled appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others who have appointments following yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session service.
