With 20 years of experience, I bring a deep level of skill, training, and dedication to every session. My work is built on years of studying the human body, refining my craft, and learning from both Western and Eastern traditions.

My education has taken me around the world, including advanced studies in Thailand, Canada and Bali, where I immersed myself in traditional healing arts and therapeutic techniques. I am a Certified Thai Massage Instructor and continue to expand my knowledge to provide effective, intentional bodywork.

Outside of my practice, I live an active and adventurous lifestyle. I spend my time rock climbing, hiking, and traveling for mountain adventures, constantly challenging myself through strength, endurance, and exploration. This personal experience gives me a unique understanding of the demands placed on the body.
