1. Explanation of training style: My training style combines athletic discipline with personalized guidance, using principles of speed, strength, and agility that I’ve mastered to help clients achieve their unique transformation goals.

2. 2.Personal/professional background and experience: With a lifelong passion for sports, I started playing at the age of five and quickly developed into a two-scholar athlete known for my versatility in high school. Excelling in football and track, winning multiple championships including two state titles and remaining a record holder in several categories. My football journey led me to West Virginia State, where my speed earned me all types of nick names (The fast one, Speedy, Ziggity,The Goat, Big Play and Zo Grif) and opened doors to professional opportunities including tryouts Philadelphia Eagles, BC Lions, and pre-signings with arena football teams Richmond Raiders, New Jersey Ballers, Arkansas Twisters and RPFL.

3.Explanation on how training style and background translate into helping the client: I understand what it takes to push limits, overcome setbacks, and unlock hidden potential which helps me relate to clients at every stage of their journey. I focus on building a solid foundation through assessing movement patterns, wellness, and fitness levels, ensuring clients gain confidence, avoid injury, and stay motivated for sustainable lasting results. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations including general fitness, seniors, youth, athletes, and individuals with special needs.

Leveraging his extensive athletic background, he brings a unique approach to personal training and performance coaching. He blends his deep understanding of speed, strength, and agility with a focus on assessing clients to push beyond their limits and achieve sustainable transformations.
