Cory's career in health and fitness was sparked through the practice of yoga. After years as a student he completed CorePower Yoga's 200-hour teacher training program in and became Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor.

Following his interest in holistic forms of therapy further, Cory completed National Holistic Institute 900-hour Massage Therapist and Health Educator program and is continuing his education in the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program.

Cory's goal as a massage therapist and yoga instructor is to assist others in achieving a more balanced and pain-free body, regardless of fitness level or lifestyle. To utilize a combination of active and passive techniques to aid healing, optimize performance, and up-level quality of living.
