At Deep Roots Massage & Bodywork in Fergus Falls, MN, my goal is to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel truly at ease in your body again.

I have been a massage therapist since 2022 and offer a blend of relaxation-focused and therapeutic bodywork tailored to each individual. My sessions often combine the calming flow of Swedish massage with deeper, targeted techniques for areas holding chronic tension or discomfort. I also offer cupping, hot stone therapy, and prenatal massage to support clients through every stage of life and wellness.

Whether you’re looking to unwind from daily stress, work through stubborn muscle tension, or simply take time for yourself, each session is designed to meet you where you are. My space is a welcoming, grounded environment where you can fully relax and feel cared for without judgment or pressure.

I’m especially passionate about creating an experience where every client leaves feeling lighter, more balanced, and restored—both physically and mentally.
