My commitment to ongoing learning means I have spent countless hours studying the muscles of the body and exploring somatics, allowing me to provide an intuitive and informed approach for every session. I’ve also completed continuing education in pain management, myofascial lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, assisted stretching, and hot stone massage.
