Hey there, I am Mike. I have been practicing massage therapy for the past 16 years. I have worked with many different types bodies and issues. I specializes in sports related injuries and problems.

During a session with me I will ask you a bunch of questions about what you do for work, what your lifestyle is, and what you do on an everyday basis.

After the intake we will work together to help resolve your problem areas. Just so you know this massage is not like a normal Swedish massage. This massage is going to make you work through your problem areas, so breathing is key.

After the massage I will help you with stretches and exercises that will help you continue the work on your own.

The Goal of my massage is to help YOU understand your body better and help YOU try and improve your body as a whole.
