Amy Cunningham, LMT, graduated from the Center of Natural Wellness School for Massage Therapy in 2020. She holds a BS in Kinesiology and has 5+ years of experience as a personal trainer at the Bethlehem YMCA.

Amy has a passion for health and wellness and aspires to help clients live a pain free life. She takes her time to get to know her patients in order to tailor each session to the clients needs. To ensure clients success, Amy develops individualized treatment plans with the patient's goals in mind.

With her background in kinesiology, she has in depth knowledge of the biomechanics of the body. Being an athlete herself, Amy understands the importance of injury prevention and respects the recovery process from an injury.

Amy inspires to offer therapeutic massage to help revitalize the body’s fascia, soft tissue, muscles, tendon and ligaments. She has experience working with injuries, dysfunctional movement patterns, and postural imbalances. (eg. text neck, whiplash, sciatica, chronic pain).

Amy applies these techniques, myofascial release, swedish, neuromuscular techniques, and muscle energy techniques in her therapeutic massage.
