I have been a certified massage therapist since 2010. My focus is deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage. I enjoy providing a customized massage that focuses on your individual needs; from knots to headaches and chronic pain to helping athletes prepare for upcoming events, or simply relaxation. Whatever your massage needs are, I am here to help!

As well as being a certified massage therapist, I have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge. Many of my classes focused on the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries. I spent time as a student athletic trainer for the University of Utah football team and the Northridge women's soccer team. Over the summer of 2016, I became certified in CORE myofascial therapies. The CORE method was developed by George Kousaleos, a top structural and myofascial therapist.
