Chef Shan is a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Personal Chef and Caterer. Shan believes in wellness and promotes that through massage and nutrition. Injuries and the discovery of the benefits of massage, motivated Shan to enter into the massage world in 2004 and then graduated in 2005- becoming licensed by the great state of Texas. There are a host of modalities being practiced which include lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and sports massage- which is requested when she massages the National Sports teams-Alumni. Shan has also trained with a celebrity trainer/therapist.

Shan attended the Art Institute of Dallas in 2007 for Culinary Arts. There are various food styles that people are gravitating to when it comes to (becoming)/eating healthier.

With KOR, we provide any dietary plan needed for your wellness. Meal prep and catered events are also options. Chef Shan has provided catering for local celebrities and has meal prepped for other celebrities as well.
