60 minute massage usually consists of a full body massage. During these sessions we are focused on ultimate pain relief and relaxation. We modify each massage to reach the goals of our clients.

This is usually an upper body massage but can easily be modified to fit each clients needs.

30 min massage consists of back and neck but can be customized to fit the clients needs.

90 minute therapeutic massage consists of a full body massage with extra work on particular areas, such as neck, back and shoulders.

A 15 minute massage is focused on one area of the body. This is typically set aside for those with pain and need a quick fix.
