*An In-depth Conversation: 15 minutes of consult time at the first visit - no extra charge. Tell me about your symptoms & treatment goals. Getting to know you is the first step in crafting the session you need.

*The Full 60 or 90 Minutes: Your session time does not start until you are on the table.

*Personalized Sessions Every Single Time: Your body is unique and ever changing, so no two sessions will be quite the same.

*A Calm, Restorative Experience: Expect to leave feeling lighter, more mobile and deeply relaxed.

*Recommendations and Insight: Would you like to understand what is contributing to your chronic pain? Would you like to learn flexibility/stability/balance exercises that might bring further relief and help you move with confidence again?
