Sumana Lom Healing Arts offers complementary healing and mindful living practices for whole body wellness. We are located in the Rollinsford Lower Mill on Front St in the unique Salmon Falls Historic District.

Thai Healing Arts:

Sumana Lom honors the slow, deep aspects of Thai healing art known as Nuad Boran. We embrace the Buddhist teachings of mindfulness, compassion, generosity, and humility as core elements of our practice, and recognize that the greatest healing manifests from a person who is physically, emotionally, and mentally at ease-- which is facilitated, but not created, by a practitioner or instructor. We find that folks get up from the mat after a session relaxed and loose, and also able to more strongly hear and recognize the timeless Self; a piece of the primal being that often gets lost under the pressures of everyday living.

Wellness Coaching

A slightly different spin on traditional coaching, this personalized wellness program provides a framework for the individual to turn inward, delving into the core of who they are and how they deal with challenges and intense stressors on an energetic level. We turn to meditation, yoga, and plant medicine as a way to maintain balance and resiliency.

Herbal Consults

An approach grounded in evidence-based herbal studies and augmented by Thai, Ayurvedic, and Buddhist medicine. Considering the whole person and recognizing that the emotional being is intricately woven into patterns of physical wellness.

Retreats and Workshops:

Sumana Lom offers a variety of workshops and mindfulness retreats throughout the year.
