Born and raised in Israel, Simi was drawn to the practice of massage after experiencing the many benefits it offers.

"I knew, right then, that one day I will go on to become an LMT myself and share with my clients some of what I learned".

In 2004 she enrolled in a private course in Israel, given by one of its master practitioners, and completed the course in 2005.

Upon moving to the USA later that year, it became clear that she would have to take a whole new "accredited" course, before registering her newfound practice.

But nothing would stand in her way. Simi enrolled in "Oregon School Of Massage" which integrates a mind-body-spirit approach, both in the theory and technique study. Simi graduated OSM in June 2011, after completing a 555 hours of intense study, directed by experienced instructors with many years in the field.

Massachusetts however was to become her new home and practice, and the Commonwealth had additional requirements not required in most other states. So once again, back to school we go. Elizabeth Grady School of Massage was ideal with flexible hours, and within a short three months, an additional 175 hours of course work was completed. Once licenced by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the name RoseBay massage seemed appropriate, connecting between Portland, OR - known as Rose City, and Boston MA - in the Bay state.
